Pasco County detectives need help identifying a possible suspect in the death of Carlos Saint Louis.

On February 19, 2019 Carlos Saint Louis was found deceased in a pond behind the Home Depot located at 32715 Eiland Boulevard in Zephyrhills. 

According to a media release from Crime Stoppers, Carlos was last seen in Hillsborough County on February 2, 2019 by family members.  He was seen driving his 2015 Chevrolet Sonic LT 4-door, gray in color, bearing FL tag EQSW64.  

The vehicle had front end damage on the passenger side.  The vehicle was last seen on State Road 429 in Lake County on February 3, 2019.  It had previously been seen on the Polk Parkway and Wekivia Parkway on February 2, 2019.

New information revealed that on February 4, 2019 Carlos was seen getting into a black Chevrolet Suburban driven by an adult black male wearing scrubs in the Wawa parking lot located at 13501 Colonial Drive West in Winter Garden.  

His Chevrolet Sonic was left at the Wawa and has been recovered by law enforcement.

Enhanced Reward of an Additional $5,000 Offered:

In partnership with the Florida Sheriff’s Association (FSA), Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay received enhanced reward funding of $5,000 from FSA.  The enhanced reward is being offered in addition to the Crime Stoppers reward for information leading to the identification and arrest of the unknown suspect(s) involved in this case.  In order to be eligible for the enhanced reward, Crime Stoppers must be contacted first.
